[Video] DIY Sweater Throw Pillows

Before you either donate or give away a sweater that you don’t wear any more, stop and watch this video. It’s crazy easy to make a beautiful throw pillow from sweaters you no longer want. You’ll also want to start watching garage sales or thrift stores for sweaters just for this purpose.

One sweater will make a cover for one pillow, unless the back is designed like the front and has an interesting design. If both front and back are good, you’ve got two sweaters!

There is some sewing involved in this but it is very simple. You could even hand stitch it if you want.
