These are 3 great outdoor lights that help recycle wine bottles.

To get started, the main project essentials include:

1. Recycled wine bottles

2. A method of cutting the bottles (there are many, one is shown in the video)

3. Depending on the project, either votive candles or wicks and lantern fuel
