The Best Book Marker Ever DIY
Put origami and books together you get a great bookmark DIY. This bookmark is placed over the corner of the page you are on. I have a ton of paper from those scrapbooking days that will be fun to use. Now I have something to keep my kids busy. Thanks to Rocket News 24 and Etsuko No Manma Diary for the idea.
Forget dog-earing and bookmarks that fall, make your own easy origami bookmark instead!
We’ll show you how to never again lose a page number to the dreaded “bookmark slip.”
I love reading, but bookmarking has to be one of my least favorite parts of using a book. I can’t even begin to count how many times I’ve crawled into bed, excited to read the next part of a novel or manga, and then proceeded to watch in horror as I grab the book and my bookmark falls right out of the pages and onto the floor.
I don’t know if the total hours I’ve spent searching for where I left off is more than the total hours I’ve spent reading, but I do know it’s a heck of a lot closer than I’d like.
But now, thanks to Japanese Twitter user @rukow994, that problem is no more!
