Super Cute and Creative DIY Halloween Costumes

I LOVE HALLOWEEN!  I always have a hard time coming up with a clever costume and being able to DIY.  These ideas crack me up!  I wonder what my kids will chose to be this year.  I like the simplicity of some of these costumes.  It doesn’t have to be crazy and elaborate.
