This is a great way to cut your wine bottles with a perfectly straight edge every time. Then you can use the bottle for all kinds of projects, including the hanging herb garden we posted.  It’s a great way to recycle your old wine bottles. Some wine bottles are so pretty that I hate to throw them away. This gives me so many options now of ways to re-use them.
