Eggnog Cookies that will knock your socks off

My goal in the next few weeks before the end of the year is to find 15 unique cookie recipes.  DIY eggnog cookies sound delicious and unexpected.  I can’t wait to try this one out. I see a lot of gym visits in my future.  Thanks to keeping the Christmas spirit alive 365 for this yummy recipe!

They are really delicious and so easy to make. All you need is:

1 c. butter

3/4 c. sugar

1 egg

2 tsp. vanilla

2 tsp. rum extract

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

1/4 cup custard powder

2 tsp. nutmeg (fresh if available)

1/4 tsp. salt

Powdered sugar
