DIY Delicious Coconut Rocher Cookie
Unique Christmas cookie recipe #19. This DIY coconut Rocher cookie is a great knock-off version of the the candy. These cookies only have six ingredients which makes this recipe very easy to make. - Nonstick cooking spray, for spraying baking sheet
- 2 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels (1/2 cup), melted
