DIY Colorful Paper Carnations

I found these really pretty paper carnations and immediately pictured a bouquet of them in different spring colors! Just imagine the burst of color, and you don’t have to worry about changing the water or throwing dead flowers away. They’re made with tissue paper so you can make them in an any choice of colors.

Carrie Bradshaw did say that carnations were making a comeback! (Nevermind that she said that like 15 years ago…)

I love the look of this paper carnation since it has more dimension than single ply tissue flowers. The crinkly petals almost look real and they’re easy and inexpensive to make.
