A Great Recipe For Cleaning Sterling Silver Jewelry DIY

Yay!  Now I can clean my sterling silver jewelry without buying a special solution or taking it to a jewelry store.  This DIY recipe is easy, quick and cheap.  Everyone should have these ingredients at home ready to get to work.  Thanks to Pretty Gossip for making my silver sparkle again.

Nothing worked. I couldn’t get my (very) tarnished silver jewelry clean and shiny. Short of paying a professional to steam clean my jewelry, I’d tried everything and been disappointed. Then I saw a homemade jewelry cleaner on Pinterest and thought why not. I’d given up hope on restoring my jewelry so what did I have to lose?

Well… I’m over the moon happy to let you know that it worked! The results were AMAZING. The cleaner worked like a charm with ingredients I already had in my pantry and the best part… NO scrubbing, brushing, or rubbing!

Look at this before and after picture! Wowza. The clasp and every link is super clean and shiny. And let me reiterate… no scrubbing or rubbing!
