3. Rag Tag Flag

Simply decide how large you want to make your flag, and buy fabric. The fabric doesn’t have to be solid colored. What was used here is patterned with stripes or dots. Cut into strips and tie onto the wire. It is used here as a wreath on the front door. Cute, don’t you think?
